Employment Opportunities
For purposes of salary administration, eligibility for overtime payment under federal and state law, and distribution of employee benefits, Eloquence Academy classifies employees and workers into the following categories based on the conditions of their position and job duties. All job postings and position statements will be shared alongside their classification (Regular Full-time, Regular Part-time, Temporary or Seasonal).
Regular full-time
Regular full-time administrative employees generally work regular schedules of at least 35 hours and up to 60 hours per week.
Regular part-time
Regular part-time administrative employees are those who are not in temporary status and who are regularly scheduled to work fewer than 35 hours per week. Part-time employees must receive prior approval from their supervisor before working more than 24 hours in any given week. Part-time employees may only hold one position with Eloquence Academy at a time.
Temporary or Seasonal
Temporary or Seasonal employees, including individuals paritcipating in internship and fellowship programs, are hired to work full-time or part-time for a specific project or timeframe. Temporary or Seasonal employees are generally not eligible to participate in most employee benefit programs, and some are not compensated.

Ms. Mansi Arora has served as Director of Finance and Human Resources since 2024. Ms. Arora plays an active role in senior leadership and is responsible for all institution financial functions, transactions, and strategic planning.
Previously, Ms. Arora worked at Stonehaven Capital Management, an investment fund. She produced weekly stock reports, conducted financial analysis based on a variety of indicators, and analyzed business models, industry conditions, stock values, and potential catalysts on the macro and micro level.
Ms. Arora competed for Nova High School in Extemporaneous Debate for 2 years and received the Speaking and Service Award from the National Speech & Debate Association.

Mr. Sachin Chandra joined Eloquence Academy in 2023 as Director of External Affairs. He assists with various administrative functions for the finance, advancement, human resources, and education departments.
Mr. Chandra recently graduated from Arizona State University. During high school, Mr. Chandra competed on his local Phoenix circuit in Lincoln Douglas Debate and Public Forum Debate.

Hayul “Ellie” Kim

Ms. Hayul “Ellie” Kim joined Eloquence Academy in 2023. Since, she has served as Service Learning Fellow and Fundraising & Outreach Coordinator, roles where she is responsible for recruiting a talented and passionate team. Previously, Ms. Kim was a Program Instructor and a pioneer of the Eloquence Academy ESL debate class.
In her free time, Ms. Kim is an educational consultant and has developed programs that suit students' needs, receive an average class rating of 9.5/10, and foster increased public speaking skills by 30% and debate skills by 40%. As a competitive debater, Ms. Kim frequently advanced at national circuit tournaments, including Princeton Classic and University of Kentucky Invitational.
