Like many of the students I work with, I grew up in a rural area that lacked access to many of the resources that other students may find ubiquitous. Giving these students access to the resources I wished I had during my secondary education has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

Eloquence Academy gave me experiences that were transformative for my skill and knowledge—from writing grants to leading students through workshops that changed the way they approached advocacy. It brought me into a community of caring, driven, and accomplished students that I could connect with immediately. More than anything, though, empowering students in the way they speak, about themselves and the subjects and people they care about, gave me hope and joy as they learned how to express themselves.

Development Manager (Remote)
Regular Part-time, 6 hrs/week
Eloquence Academy seeks a Development Manager, who will lead donor stewardship, grant management, and impact reporting while collaborating with leadership to strengthen development operations and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
Reporting to the Director of Development and Senior Development Manager, the ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, strategic thinker, and relationship builder who excels at translating impact into compelling funding proposals and communications. They are highly organized, proactive, and motivated by advancing mission-driven work through philanthropy. As a key member of a growing organization, they will play a significant role in expanding our student programs and impact internationally.
