Marsha Yuan has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Eloquence Academy since 2023. Ms. Yuan was most recently the Director of Finance for The Dalton Schools, overseeing the school’s $85 million budget. Prior to joining Dalton, Ms. Yuan was Associate Dean of Finance and Strategy at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies, where she led budgeting, financial reporting, business operations, data analytics, and strategic planning. Ms. Yuan also has over 15 years of investment experience having worked in investment banking, middle market private equity, and hedge funds.

Harsha Kapre has served on the Board of Trustees of Eloquence Academy since 2023. Mr. Kapre is a Director at Snowflake Ventures, having transitioned from being a Senior Product Manager, where he was responsible for the Snowflake technology ecosystem with a focus on client connectivity and partner integrations. Prior to Snowflake, Mr. Kapre spent 18 years at IBM where he held a variety of product management and engineering roles.

Conray C. Tseng has served on the Board of Trustees of Eloquence Academy since 2023. Mr. Tseng is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Tseng serves as Vice Chair of the Global Asset Based Lending Group and is a member of the Finance Department and the Banking and Private Capital Practices. Mr. Tseng formerly served as Co-Vice Chairman and Director on the Board of the New Leadership Program of Legal Aid Society, a private, not-for-profit legal services organization, the oldest and largest in the nation, dedicated since 1876 to providing legal representation to low-income New Yorkers.
